We are a licensed real estate school, offering only continuing education courses, for Maryland and Pennsylvania. Please note, we do not offer pre-licensing classes.

Alternative Education Options
Pen-Mar REALTORS® has a longstanding relationship with The CE Shop to offer our members discounts on online courses offered through their website. The CE Shop offers pre-licensing, first-time renewal, and continuing education courses for all 50 states and Washington D.C.
Pen-Mar REALTORS® members can enjoy heavily discounted online courses through The CE Shop that allow you to keep up with your education requirements on your time! All courses offered through The CE Shop are online, and you go through the information at your own pace. These courses are also state-approved and 100% accredited. Once you complete the course, you get instant access to your completion certificate, and The CE Shop manages all reporting of credits to the state.
Please note that we highly recommend that you keep detailed records of all of your continuing education courses, as well as a copy of your certificate of completion. Additionally, if you complete a Code of Ethics or Fair Housing course through The CE Shop, it may additionally qualify for NAR credit. Please be sure to send those certificates to Pen-Mar staff so that we may upload those credits to your NAR profile.
Bites and Insights Program
Our Bites & Insights program is a direct way to support our amazing Affiliate partners. These sessions typically take place on the last Thursday of each month, and are hosted by a different Affiliate each month. You will be provided with a lunch, and tons of useful information that you can start using in your business immediately!
